Wall Mounted Handrail System
Where a staircase is between walls the options for improvement
are limited. A wall handrail is required for safety reasons
and traditionally this has been something very plain and
simple. Now Richard Burbidge gives you the option of making
the wall handrail a decorative feature with a choice of two
systems.

Traditional Handrail System
Our traditional handrail profiles (HDR and LHR) can be used as
wall mounted handrails, complementing the balustrading styles and
timbers.
The handrail can be closed to the wall at the top and bottom of
the flight with an adapted horizontal turn.

Round Handrail System
Our round handrail system is just that - a round handrail,
55mm in diameter, available in beech or pine with two styles of
matching end caps or a choice of three metal end caps in silver or
brass effect or black, making an elegant and practical addition to
your balustrade.
The round handrail fittings can be used to create a continuous
rail, for example up and around stairs and landings.
|
Both wall mounted handrail systems are easy to install with wall
brackets available in in silver or brass effect and black finishes,
to secure the handrail firmly to the wall. The handrails can
be painted, stained or varnished to match your selected
balustrading.
